MAGIC MUSHROOM(Psilocybe Cubensis)

EFFECT: these mushrooms, depending on how many you take, will give you from a midly high

feeling to a strong trip.
AMOUNT: Consume the mushrooms on a empty stomach in a relaxing environment, at home or in

nature.

3,0-5,0 grams                                 30-50 grams for a strong trip
The effect starts about 45 minutes after ingestion and will last, depending on the amount

from 3 to 8 hours. Chewing on the mushroom enhances the effect.
DO NOT USE: when pregnant, in psychosis, depression, under medication, participation in

traffic, under age, in combination with harddrugs or alcohol.

TIPS: Drinking tea from the mushrooms will speed up the effect. Fist boil some water, when

the water is boiling temper the fire, and put in themushrooms, leave th mushrooms in the

water for 15 to 30 mins. During this time the water should not be biling any more. at the

end add any tea you like to improve the flavour of the mushroom-tea.
Do not use sugar in your tea, and at the end you can still eat the mushrooms to increase the

effect.

Drink a lot of water or lemonade. May you become unwell, eat something light, vitamin C or a lot of sugar helps to neutralize the effect.

Magic mushrooms will change your perception of time and space and yoru surroundings will appear different. Your mood may be positively or negatively affected, depending on how you feel before you take them.

A joint (marihuana)after you have taken the mushrooms is no problem, and can give you a positive relaxing feeling. Flashbacks (memories) may occur a few days later.

Preserve: You can keep the fresh mushrooms in an open bag for approx. 3 days in the refreigerator. the dried mushrooms keepfor 3 months.
